Please browse the below frequently asked questions. If your question is not answered, please call us on 1800 366 322 or contact us online.

How does a 1300/1800/13 number work?
A 1300/1800/13 number works by diverting the calls that are received on the 1300/1800/13 number to either your landline or mobile phone.
Do I need to change any of my phones?
No. A 1300/1800/13 number is a separate service that simply diverts the calls. You don't need to change your current phone set up.
Who pays for the calls?
With 1300, 1800 and 13 numbers, you pay a per minute rate for the calls that you receive (after any Included Talk Time). Typically, the customer will call your 1800 number for free, and will call your 13 or 1300 number for the cost of a local call.
What's more expensive, a 1300 number or a 1800 number?
Our rates for 1300 numbers are exactly the same as our rates for 1800 numbers. The choice between a 1300 or 1800 number is up to you!
Why get a 1300 when a 1800 is the same price and is free for the customer?
You raise a good question! There are a range of answers. Sometimes a business might want to give their customers less incentive to call them (e.g. a support line). In other cases it comes down to what numbers are available. But usually, the choice of a 1300 or 1800 number comes down to personal opinion.
I want a specific number, or a number that spells a word. How do I do this?
Their is a fortnightly auction process run by the Australian Communications and Media Authority. You may auction numbers yourself and have us connect them for you, or we can auction a number on your behalf (which is usually cheaper for you than if you did it yourself!) The typical cost of this is $250 ex GST (the price set by ACMA). If you are interested in this, please contact us on 1800 366 322. We can check number availability for you and help you get started.
What plans are available?
Our plans are publicly listed on our website. Click here for 1300 numbers or click here for 1800 numbers.
What about a 13 number?
A 13 number is a 6 digit number that is shorter and can be easier to remember. They aren't cheap though with the average bill of around $1000/month or more. If this is something you are interested in, please contact us for a quotation.
