How does a 1300 number work?
A 1300 number works in conjunction with your existing landline or mobile phone. When customers call you, their calls are silently diverted to your phone number (or numbers). You don't need to make any changes to your current phone setup and there's nothing more to it.
Do I need to pay for calls?
The way that 1300 numbers work around Australia is that you pay for the calls that you receive on your number. But you need not worry - Fonecall gives you Included Talk Time with all 1300 number plans. If you go over your cap you will pay a cheap, competitive rate for the additional calls.

- Every plan includes Free Talk Time which has the value of the duration of the Free Talk Time multiplied by the standard call cost (Starter: 20c/min, Most Popular: 10c/min, Heavy: 8c/min). All calls you receive are deducted from this value and if this value is depleted, calls will be charged in addition.
